Inconsistent room cleaning!!! Issues with plumbing left water standing during showers. Elevator availability caused delays, making it cumbersome to move around. The loudness of adjoining rooms was a real downer for peace and rest!!!

We enjoyed our stay with easy access to family and nearby shopping.
In my wife’s opinion, the lack of towels on the second day was frustrating. The elevator situation was inconvenient too, especially with our large family. An upgrade in the towel supply would benefit families greatly.

Had an awesome time with friends! The room was spacious and perfect for hanging out. We loved exploring the nearby outlet shopping and catching a game at the local sports bar. The hotel had great amenities, including cable TV and iPod docking. Definitely a solid choice for groups.
The only bummer was that the breakfast options were a bit limited.

the refrigerator was a bit tricky. it only worked part-time. the rooms had huge showers with fast hot water. plus, there were comfy beds and a nice coffee area to enjoy. the staff was really friendly too.

I stayed in the King Suite with Trundle Bed for one night. The room was spacious and had a good layout, with a comfy couch and a separate area for relaxing. Loved the high water pressure in the shower and the nice Paul Mitchell toiletries. The bed was super comfortable too! Only weird thing was the fridge—it needed a button push every two hours to keep cooling. But overall, it met my needs well!

The room design felt spacious with comfortable beds and soft linens. I enjoyed the separate living area, which made it easy to work during my stay. Staff interactions were friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. However, the elevator had a bad smell, likely hydraulic fluid, which didn’t set a great tone upon entering the hotel. The air conditioning wasn’t ideal. the unit by the window made it too hot for those sleeping on the couch while freezing those near the bed. The door to the bathroom didn’t offer much privacy— a glass barn door isn’t great for a group of adults. Breakfast was decent, but I wished for more healthy options. There was an incident where our snacks went missing from the buffet, which was disappointing. Despite a couple of inconveniences, the location worked perfectly for our needs. Overall, I’m conflicted about how I feel since the positives really stood out, but the negatives did impact our stay.

great stay but minor adjustments needed
The check-in staff were welcoming offering helpful information about the amenities. The room's layout was perfect for my needs with thoughtful touches that made my stay more enjoyable. I appreciated the cleanliness of the space which made me feel comfortable throughout my two nights.
The breakfast options could use a bit more variety.

Perfect pitstop for the fam!
We booked 7 rooms for a wedding pitstop, and it was smooth sailing! The staff was super helpful with our connecting room request. The place was clean, breakfast was delish, and we loved hanging at the snack bar. Only bummer was that the highway noise was pretty noticeable at night.
